Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in HR, OD, I/O Psychology, Adult Learning, or Business.
• 10+ years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development with facilitation experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver cohort-based learning experiences and engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilitation for enterprise leadership programs and serve as the front-of-room owner.
• Design and deliver multi-session cohort experiences, virtual and in-person.
• Navigate group dynamics, challenge participants, and maintain high-trust environments.
• Translate business strategy into experiential learning that drives on-the-job impact.
• Coach and elevate facilitation capability across HR and business leaders.
