• Ensure development programs are integrated into the overall talent strategy and practices.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data analytics, market trends, and best practices in Executive Development.
• Establish relationships with external vendors to create and customize content.
• Critically analyze programs for effectiveness and readiness to drive improvements and align with business needs through data and metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Manage budget and resources to maximize learning impact.
