Job summary

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA COE accredited college/school of veterinary medicine.
• Experience leading clinical education programs and curricula development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Office of Clinical Programs and Outreach and supervise personnel.
• Develop and implement a clinically rigorous veterinary curriculum in alignment with preclinical work.
• Engage and manage external clinical partners within Arkansas and beyond.
• Coordinate the clinical rotation schedule and assess faculty and students.
• Prepare outcome data supporting institutional effectiveness for the clinical program.
