Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Senior Director - Transformation Portfolio Management to lead the Transformation Office's portfolio governance for Lighthouse Programs and enterprise initiatives. You will ensure strategic alignment, prioritization, and value realization across multi-year transformation efforts.

The role requires executive-level collaboration, dual-PMO considerations, and oversight of intake, demand management, and performance reporting to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading portfolio management, program management, or enterprise transformation.
• 7+ years of senior leadership overseeing complex transformation portfolios at an executive level.
• Experience with ERP implementations, platform deployments, M&A integration, or operating model transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHI's transformation portfolio, from intake through prioritization, sequencing, governance, delivery oversight, and benefits realization.
• Direct the Transformation Portfolio Management function and provide portfolio-level orchestration and executive visibility.
• Design and oversee transformation intake and demand management processes based on strategic fit, impact, urgency, and capacity.
• Establish qualification criteria for Lighthouse Programs and route non-transformational demand appropriately.
• Lead portfolio trade-off decisions balancing objectives, value, dependencies, and delivery considerations.
• Embed benefits realization and adoption measurement into initiatives for sustained value.
