Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Transformation Portfolio Management function, acting as the governance backbone for SHI’s Lighthouse Programs and enterprise portfolio.

You will oversee intake, prioritization, governance, and benefits realization to ensure investments deliver measurable value. You will partner with IT PMO and senior leadership to design a dual-PMO operating model, manage risk, and provide executive dashboards and reporting for strategic

Qualifications

15+ years leading portfolio or transformation programs.
Experience with ERP implementations and large-scale technology deployments.
Proven ability to operate in dual-PMO or matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation portfolio from intake through prioritization, sequencing, governance, delivery oversight, and benefits realization, ensuring investments align with strategic objectives.
Direct the Transformation Portfolio Management function and provide portfolio-level orchestration, executive visibility, and execution discipline across Lighthouse Programs.
Design and oversee transformation intake and demand management processes, evaluating requests based on alignment, impact, urgency, effort, dependencies, and capacity.
Establish qualification criteria for Lighthouse Programs to ensure initiatives meet thresholds before entering the portfolio.
Lead portfolio prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing objectives, value, dependencies, and capacity.
