Responsibilities

• Collaborates with governing body to develop annual operating budgets and strategic plans.
• Oversees day-to-day operations to meet patient care, fiscal, licensure, and accreditation objectives.
• Leads contract negotiations and manages relationships with payers and providers.
• Directs assurance of licensure, accreditation, and compliance across the facility.
• Manages leadership team performance and staff development; chairs meetings with governing bodies.
