Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in a medical specialty.
• Minimum five years of physician executive experience in a large health system.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for quality, patient safety, and care management.
• Lead regulatory reviews and risk management initiatives across MercyOne and Trinity Health.
• Collaborate with hospital medical staff, boards, and leadership to drive performance improvement.
• Oversee clinical services and pharmacy operations including 340B program oversight.
• Partner with leaders to align strategy with mission, vision and core values.
