Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in senior property management leadership.
• Strong knowledge of affordable/supportive housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and organizational priorities for Property Management.
• Oversee KPIs, budgets, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead multi-site operations and supervise senior staff.
• Foster accountability, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular executive reporting to COO and board.
