Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Healthcare Administration required.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and planning for the Health Plan in collaboration with executive leadership and Board.
• Oversee governance, reporting on membership, finances, quality and government actions.
• Direct Health Plan operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Guide clinical affairs programs and billing/collections standards.
• Coordinate data analysis, dashboards and regulatory compliance programs.
• Foster professional collaboration and staff development across the Health Plan.
• Represent the Health Plan in external relations and stakeholder engagements.
