Job summary

Ascension Health seeks a visionary Chief Physician Executive to lead physician governance and clinical strategy for Dell Children's, a pediatric health system in Central Texas. The role reports to the President and collaborates with the Pediatrician-in-Chief and Surgeon-in-Chief to deliver integrated care.

The incoming leader will drive clinical excellence across a rapidly expanding system, oversee governance across employed and independent groups, and partner with Ascension Texas NICUs and Dell

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare leadership roles.
• Experience aligning clinical practice with strategic objectives.
• Ability to engage and govern physician groups across employed/independent networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance service lines to meet regional needs.
