Responsibilities

• Set the overall vision and execute business development and strategic planning for system-wide Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Services.
• Analyze effectiveness using monthly activity, KPIs and financial metrics.
• Strengthen and expand partnerships with schools and professional sports teams.
• Foster collaboration across providers, athletic trainers, nurses, therapists and allied health professionals.
• Promote safety and drive process improvements to meet Five Star goals.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and billing standards; manage service line value and resource utilization.
