Loews Hotels & Co in Tucson seeks a strategic Director of Outlets to oversee all food & beverage outlets, drive profitability, ensure service excellence, and maintain Lobens standards across restaurants, bars, lounges, and in-room dining.

You will lead outlet managers, collaborate with the Executive Chef, and develop menus, training, and cost controls to elevate guest experiences while ensuring safety and compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability and high guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate F&B managers per Loews standards.
• Implement training programs and ensure food safety certifications.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and cost controls across outlets.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Purchasing to maintain par levels.
