Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a mission-driven leader to head the Office of Long-Term Services and Supports (OLTSS). The Chief will supervise a 90+ person team, drive policy, and oversee a $7B LTSS portfolio across HCBS, SCO, PACE, and related programs.

The role prioritizes equity, quality, and sustainability, with collaboration across MassHealth and state agencies to advance person-centered care for older adults and individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience overseeing large healthcare, Medicaid, or public administration programs.
• Deep knowledge of Medicaid policy, healthcare financing, and LTSS delivery systems.
• Experience leading complex organizations and managing transformational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for the Office of Long-Term Services and Supports (OLTSS).
• Oversee budget planning, rate development, payment policy, and financial sustainability.
• Collaborate with MassHealth, EOHHS, and external stakeholders to improve care delivery and outcomes.
• Promote health equity and person-centered care across LTSS programs.
• Lead a 90+ person multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
