Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Chief of Clinical and Specialty Programs (CCSP) to lead clinical strategy and operations across all lines of Terros Health, including FQHC and specialty programs.

You will shape the clinical vision, oversee multi-site teams, and collaborate with the CMO and executive leadership to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience while advancing value‑based care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership in behavioral health, integrated care, or community health.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, or related field; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Independent clinical licensure strongly preferred (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/PMHNP/MD/DO/RN).
• Deep knowledge of AHCCCS, CMS, Medicaid managed care, HRSA/FQHC operations, behavioral health regulations, and value‑based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical vision aligned with Terros Health's mission and strategic plan.
• Lead multi-site clinical operations and drive high‑performing interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and evidence‑based practice.
• Oversee workforce development, credentialing, and succession planning for clinical staff.
• Engage with community, payer, and partner organizations to advance integrated care initiatives.
