Job summary

Terros Health seeks a Vice President, Health Center Services to lead the network of health centers in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes operational excellence, clinical integration, patient access, and financial performance across programs and sites.

You will partner with CCO/CMO and senior directors to implement trauma-informed, evidence-based practices and ensure culturally responsive care. A strong background in multi-site leadership and value-based care is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations, preferably in integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings.
• Experience with a breadth of multidisciplinary programs, including grant administration, implementation and execution.
• Demonstrated success leading complex multi-site clinical operations and large interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicaid managed care, FQHC operations, and value-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of all Terros Health Centers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical visions.
• Lead and develop Health Center Senior Directors and support clinic leadership and staff.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows, staffing models, and operational practices for integrated care delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure coordination across programs and locations.
• Ensure health centers deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care and meet AHCCCS/HRSA/FQHC requirements.
• Manage budgets, productivity targets, service mix, and revenue cycle performance in partnership with Finance.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development for multidisciplinary teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Behavioral Health, or related field

Master’s degree preferred

8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations

Experience with integrated care, FQHC, or behavioral health settings

Experience leading multi-site clinical operations and large teams

Strong knowledge of AHCCCS, Medicaid managed care, value-based care models
