Job summary

First Tech seeks an experienced Vice President of Information Security to lead the engineering function responsible for secure-by-design practices across identity, cloud, applications, and data. Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security engineering leadership in regulated or large-scale environments.
• 8+ years as a people leader with hiring, coaching, performance management.
• Deep understanding of secure architecture, automation, identity, cloud security, and defense in depth.
• Able to lead multilayer organizations and drive outcomes through influence and authority.
• Balance risk management, technical rigor, and business enablement in decision-making.
• Experience translating security frameworks or regulatory expectations into actionable engineering practices.
• Exceptional communication to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
