Job summary

Mount Mercy Academy in Buffalo, New York seeks a visionary Head of School to serve as chief executive and the primary ambassador for the Catholic, college‑preparatory program. Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and development initiatives to strengthen financial sustainability.
• Advance enrollment growth and community partnerships in support of the school's mission.
