Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Communications to provide strategic leadership for enterprise communications. The role partners with the CEO and senior leaders to align messaging with company priorities and regulatory considerations across internal and external audiences.

The incumbent will lead executive communications, manage crisis and change communications, and drive initiatives with Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 20 years of progressive communications leadership experience.
• Executive leadership in energy or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven advisor to CEOs, Executives, and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise communications strategy aligned with growth, culture, and reputation.
• Lead executive communications, including CEO messaging, Board presentations, and enterprise announcements.
• Direct internal communications to connect employees with company strategy and culture.
• Oversee external communications, media relations, digital storytelling, and brand alignment.
• Direct crisis and change communications planning with cross-functional partners.
• Manage a high-performing team, budgets, and agency relationships.
