FoodStory Brands, LLC is seeking an executive to run all aspects of the portfolio, build the operating system, and grow leadership depth. You will own P&L, supply chain, and manufacturing networks, while advancing commercialization, FSQA, and data-focused operations.

The role emphasizes decisive leadership, cost discipline, and scalable processes to launch faster, improve margins, and run the business without heroics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in food and beverage or CPG operations with executive level P&L ownership.
• Proven leadership of operations across multiple brands from launch to scale.
• Deep contract manufacturing experience: sourcing, negotiation, scale-up, governance.
• Track record of reducing costs while maintaining service and quality.
• Strong financial know-how: margin, costing, working capital, capital requests.

Responsibilities

• Own operating P&L, supply chain and co-manufacturing network end-to-end.
• Lead commercialization stage-gate, food safety, and quality systems.
• Oversee ERP, planning, and data infrastructure; leverage AI/automation.
• Build and mentor an Ops team across functions and brands.
• Manage commercial terms with customers, co-manufacturers, and suppliers.
