Job summary

Tribble Electric is seeking a Project Executive to provide executive leadership for the Electrical Operations team and drive successful execution of multiple projects. You will focus on safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while mentoring PMs and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

The role requires extensive electrical construction experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of electrical construction experience.
• Five or more years leading Project Managers or Operations teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large commercial or industrial projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project support staff.
• Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and at or above targeted profit margins.
• Own overall financial performance including forecasting, labor productivity, cash flow, change order management and collections.
• Partner with field leadership to ensure manpower, equipment and material resources are properly planned.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with customers, general contractors, owners and design partners.
