Job summary

NEP Group Inc. seeks a Vice President & General Manager, Connected Solutions – South Florida to lead the flagship hub, driving reliability, client service, and operational excellence in a high‑timing live production environment.

You will own the budget, supervise a multi‑discipline team across engineering, operations, TOC/NOC, and client services, and partner with other NEP locations to ensure scalable growth while safeguarding quality during major events.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in live production or related operations.
• Proven experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing a complex facility and client-facing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Florida Hub and ensure flagship status.
• Maintain client relationships and service delivery.
• Own the facility budget and financial targets.
• Coordinate across NEP hubs for multi-site workflows.
