• Lead, coach, and mentor Complex Claims Directors.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning and talent development.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on complex casualty claims, including reserving and settlement strategies.
• Provide guidance on high-severity and complex claims, including litigation and negotiation.
