Job summary

A leading health system in Morgantown, WV, is seeking a Vice Chair for System Integration to oversee clinical excellence and operational alignment. This senior physician role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster relationships with community hospital leaders. The successful candidate will also be involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, contributing to both educational and clinical missions in a collaborative environment. Exceptional candidates will have a strong background in Anesthesiology and progressive leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years post-training clinical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience with physician compensation models and recruitment strategy preferred.

Responsibilities
