Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services seeks a Vice President of Addiction Services to provide executive leadership for strategic direction, operational performance, and growth across the Addiction Services continuum. Working with the Medical Director, you will oversee inpatient, outpatient, OTPs, and wraparound services to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Master’s degree preferred with 10+ years in Addiction treatment leadership.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed programs.
• Knowledge of Epic and health IT for performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Addiction Services in partnership with Medical Director to drive strategy and quality care.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management across the division.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight to meet targets.
• Foster collaboration with hospitals, community partners, and payers.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and licensing compliance.
