Job summary

Arriver Software, LLC seeks a Director, Lead Project Engineer for Autonomous Driving Platform Delivery. This role commands end-to-end technical ownership of large-scale AD customer programs, guiding strategy, risk management, and cross-functional execution from engagement to production launch.

The ideal candidate combines deep automotive software expertise with exceptional leadership and program execution capabilities to ensure successful deployment on target platforms and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience with autonomous driving or ADAS software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own overall technical strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale Autonomous Driving customer programs.
• Drive alignment of engineering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities across all contributing organizations.
• Provide executive leadership visibility into technical health, risks and program readiness.
• Lead integration strategy for deployment of AD software on customer platforms.
• Coordinate PIE activities and validation readiness across teams.
