Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager in Wisconsin to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen and drive culinary excellence. You’ll coach a diverse team, ensure top-quality food safety, and partner with leadership to deliver memorable hospitality and guest experiences.

As the culinary leader, you’ll oversee menu rollouts, private events, and ongoing kitchen initiatives while maintaining strong financial and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across all stations.
• Lead menu rollouts, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
• Mentor and develop managers through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency across the menu.
• Oversee scheduling and labor forecasting to optimize operations.
