Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Analyst – IT VIP Support to deliver high-priority, discreet IT assistance to executives, VIP users, and internal teams. You will resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues and act as a senior escalation point for the IT VIP group.

The role requires 7+ years of IT support experience including executive or VIP support, strong English communication, and expertise with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT support experience, including executive or VIP support.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Network troubleshooting experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
• English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IT support to executives, VIP users, and critical stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality when supporting executive leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Own incidents through resolution and communicate status clearly.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and mentor junior analysts.
