Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide front-line support for end users across DDC’s offices, including executive leaders out of the Scottsdale, AZ office. You will deliver white-glove, timely service and resolve common IT issues for Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software problems, documenting activities, and escalating complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant information technology support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows workstations and Windows-based PCs.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting incidents, service requests, and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and timely technical support to end users locally and remotely.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity, printer, and workstation issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstation environments and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assist users with access, authentication, app functionality, device configuration, and basic network connectivity.
