Job summary

The NYS Office of Information Technology Services seeks an Assistant Deputy Chief Information Officer (ADCIO) to lead enterprise technology programs and align them with State objectives. You will collaborate with the CIO and Deputy CIO, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee cybersecurity and risk management across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 13 years of progressively responsible IT experience including senior management.
• Substitutions: Bachelor's degree substitutes 4 years; Master's substitutes an additional year.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deputy CIO in developing and implementing the agency's strategic technology vision.
• Provide strategic leadership and alignment across technology functions.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and cybersecurity risks.
• Oversee vendor performance and strategic partnerships.
• Lead major enterprise technology initiatives and ensure delivery on schedule and budget.
