Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking an Executive Director of Information Systems & Support to oversee the district's IT infrastructure, systems, and support services in a K-12 setting. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and requires strategic leadership of data, security, and enterprise systems.

The candidate will lead staff, manage budgets, and collaborate across divisions to drive data-informed improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and district objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required.
• Master's degree in information technology management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise IT programs and staff in the district.
• Oversee development and implementation of data strategy aligned with the district's plan.
• Manage IT hardware support, asset management, and procurement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional IT initiatives and vendor relationships.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures for technology projects.
• Communicate project status and district technology needs to stakeholders.
• Ensure data reporting aligns with district priorities and security requirements.
