Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Communication Specialist in Dearborn, MI (onsite) for a long-term contract. You will translate complex IT strategies into executive‑level messaging and materials to align IT leadership with business objectives.

You’ll craft speeches, briefings, presentations, and reports for executives, collaborating with IT leaders and business units to ensure consistent tone and branding across communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive, IT, or corporate communications.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts including digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑impact communications for IT executives, including speeches, briefings, talking points, and internal announcements.
• Translate complex technical information into concise, business‑focused messaging for non‑technical audiences.
• Support CIO and CTO communications for board meetings, leadership forums, and company‑wide events.
• Create executive presentations, dashboards, white papers, and strategy documents related to IT initiatives.
