Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks an Intelligence Management Specialist (Executive Support) with an active TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly for a contract anticipated around October 2026. The role combines intelligence analysis support with executive-level administrative duties.

You will build and maintain databases, support RFIs, schedule senior‑level meetings, manage conference spaces, and help chart organization and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to the labor category.
• At least 8 years of analysis experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly.

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Build and maintain databases and monitor intelligence data.
• Coordinate senior-level video teleconference meetings and secure conference spaces.
• Create organization charts and manage office staffing diagrams.
