Job summary

Peraton seeks an Intelligence Management Specialist to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will back AJ2-CO and the Director of Intelligence, managing conferences, taskers, VTCs, staffing charts, and front-office coordination at the highest levels.

You will coordinate, plan, and execute executive meetings, prepare concise reports, and ensure seamless daily operations in a high-visibility environment within a premier intelligence directorate.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BA/BS or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Experience in executive administrative support, tasker management, and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
• Proficiency in producing timely, concise reports in MS Office formats.
• Familiarity with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative support to AJ2-CO and Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J21.
• Manage all J2 lead conferences, including Town Halls and executive meetings from planning to execution.
• Coordinate and schedule senior-level VTC meetings and secure conference rooms.
• Disseminate materials for executive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Create and maintain command-wide organization and staffing charts.
