California Correctional Health Care Services seeks a Personnel Technician II (Specialist) to support executive recruitment and selection across California agencies. You will interpret and apply a wide range of personnel laws, rules, policies, and HR processes while handling complex assignments.

This hybrid role in Elk Grove allows telework options; candidates must reside in California and report to the office as needed. Prior HR experience and strong written communication are desirable.

• Supports and assists Analysts I/II/III and Supervisor I (Specialist) in the examination, recruitment, and hiring process for executive level classifications within California Correctional Health Care Services.
• Independently interprets and applies a wide variety of personnel laws, rules, policies, and processes.
