Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for Cloud Engineering to partner with C-suite and senior leaders, shaping multi-year people and talent strategies that drive business performance.

You will lead organizational design, change initiatives, and the adoption of AI-enabled HR solutions to enable high-performing teams and a strong culture across Oracle’s growth-focused Cloud Engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic business partnering capacity.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into people plans.
• Experience leading through significant organizational change and growth.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data and workforce insights for decisions.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and drive talent strategy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the executive leadership team and shape people priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies in partnership with centers of excellence.
• Drive multi-year organizational and talent strategies and drive change initiatives at scale.
• Coach executives and leadership teams to strengthen decision-making and ownership.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled HR solutions and data-driven practices.
