Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to supervise cleaning of residences, offices, vehicles and the Kauna’oa recreation center. You will train and counsel staff to uphold resort SOPs and hotel policies, while coordinating with owners, managers and departments to meet guest needs.

You will manage daily assignments, emails and calls, conduct safety training, oversee supplies, and supervise staff under the CBA.

Qualifications

• Three years or more work related experience.
• Ability to supervise employees and multi-task.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct housekeeping operations for residences, MKRS offices, vehicles and recreation center.
• Schedule and assign daily cleaning tasks and payroll using KRONOS and OnTrack.
