Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel environment.
• Familiarity with brand standards and quality of service.
• Experience with Marriott family brands is a plus.
• Strong organizational and detail-orientation.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Housekeeping Department staff and P&L.
• Interview, hire, discipline and motivate Housekeeping staff.
• Implement 247Hotels and brand operational procedures.
• Train staff on brand standards in quality of service.
• Assign and inspect rooms daily.
• Control ordering, purchasing and inventory of supplies.
• Review departmental costs and approve expenses.
• Coordinate area inspections to meet health, safety and policy standards.
