Drury Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to support housekeeping and laundry operations at our Columbus, OH property. Under supervision, you will help maintain exceptional guest rooms, public areas and meeting spaces while leading and training team members to meet Drury standards.

The role emphasizes attention to cleanliness, integrity, hospitality, and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
• Requires knowledge of the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Requires general knowledge of such equipment as vacuums, commercial washers and dryers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Maintain exceptional guest and team member satisfaction through high service levels.
• Uphold Drury standards of quality, integrity, and hospitality across areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.
