Pursuit Collection’s Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead Housekeeping and Laundry, driving guest satisfaction and elevating service standards. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and ensure clean, welcoming spaces.

You will champion safety, efficiency, and teamwork, coordinating with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey across the property. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping and laundry teams in hotels, lodges, or resorts.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate staff in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and laundry for quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training and feedback.
• Assist with staff scheduling, labor management, and payroll administration.
• Provide coverage for the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Laundry Supervisor as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor supplies and resources to support efficient operations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally with positive resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards and workflows.
