We are hiring an Executive Housekeeper!
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and house person team members. You will be a key part of the property's management team, working closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will take full responsibility for the property's cleanliness, from guest rooms to public areas, working with your team and other departments to meet high standards of cleanliness and productivity, maintain proper functioning of facilities, and enhance guest service levels.
You will model expected behaviors and actions for your team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, ability to drive productivity, and capacity to anticipate both team and guest needs while remaining calm during busy periods are critical.
You will act as a coach and mentor, while holding your team accountable. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, leading, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning to support your team’s development, meet guest needs, and achieve company goals.

Pay range: $52,655 - $65,819
