Little Palm Island, a luxury resort in the Florida Keys, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service for guests.

You will oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and inventory, coordinating with other departments to maintain a seamless, discreet island experience on this private island.

Responsibilities

• Lead all housekeeping operations at Little Palm Island to highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Oversee housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest service.
