This role oversees guest suites (30), public areas, laundry, and inventory, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and personalized service in a remote island setting.

You will guide a hands-on team, collaborate across departments, and foster the distinctive hospitality culture that defines Little Palm Island.

Formación

• Experience leading housekeeping in a luxury resort.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing guest accommodations, public areas, laundry and inventory.
