Job summary

Clany Eco, a premier national service provider, seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across multiple markets. You will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate with the General Manager, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, and supervising staff, reporting deficiencies, inspecting rooms, and maintaining brand standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, by phone, and in person.
• Be organized, honest, and able to work well with others with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
• Good eyesight for near and far vision.
• Clear spoken English with good hearing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Clany Eco, LLC. and property brand standards.
• Schedule housekeeping staff according to occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise all housekeeping and laundry staff in coordination with the General Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and report deficiencies to maintenance or out-of-order equipment.
• personally check properties after cleaning.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
• Report discrepancies in the night auditor’s room report and incidents; secure key cards.
