The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to report maintenance issues, and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to hire, train and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Ability to schedule staff per occupancy forecasts.
• Strong communication skills by writing, phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to brand standards and property standards.
• Schedule housekeeping staff according to occupancy forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff with the General Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas and report deficiencies.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance to report out-of-order equipment and issues.
• Maintain security by ensuring key cards are returned.
