Qualifications

• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time.
• Talk to guests to give information and provide services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings.

Responsibilities

• Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure supplies are available to properly clean each room.
• Observes knocking procedures upon entering a guest room.
• Cleans the guest rooms assigned and completes the housekeeping checklist.
• Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection and reports damages.
• Keeps corridors and service areas neat at all times.
• Follows safety and security procedures and uses protective equipment.
• Performs related duties as requested and assists other housekeeping staff.
