Drury Hotels is seeking an Executive Housekeeper II to manage and coordinate all housekeeping and laundry operations at our Charlotte property. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain Drury standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service while leading a motivated team.

Responsibilities include optimizing room turnover, maintaining high quality in public areas and meeting spaces, and coaching staff to deliver consistent, top-tier hospitality.

Formación

• Thorough knowledge of methods of cleaning guest rooms and operation of laundry services.
• Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.
