The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years in housekeeping with 2 in supervision, and proficiency with a Property Management System; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar industry.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Computer knowledge including intranet and property management system.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of housekeeping and laundry to ensure service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.
• Train staff in housekeeping and guest service.
• Schedule work and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests.
• Track financial and operating information and produce financial reports.
• Order and manage supplies, linens and chemicals at best prices.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and enforce company policies.
