The Executive Housekeeper oversees all housekeeping operations and staff, ensuring standards are met through inspections, managing priorities, implementing procedures, and handling financial tasks like budgeting. They support staff, perform housekeeping duties when needed, and manage HR functions such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations. They report maintenance issues, handle guest requests, and coordinate with other departments. Regular attendance is essential as the industry operates 24/7.
