SpringHill Suites Salt Lake City Airport is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across the property and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and cost management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has two or more years of supervisory experience, strong customer service reputation, and excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced hotel

Responsabilidades

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public area team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure high performance and team growth.
• Establish and maintain systems, checklists, and inspection programs to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency.
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed, supporting team efforts across all areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and key control procedures.
• Deliver clean and well-maintained rooms and public areas, meeting brand and guest expectations.
• Monitor and control departmental costs, including labor, inventory, and linen management.

How You'll Make An Impact

Our high-spirited Executive Housekeeper enjoys overseeing all housekeeping operations of the property in order to ensure that our guests receive clean and comfortable accommodations each and every stay.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage the housekeeping, laundry, and public area team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed
• Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure high performance and teamgrowth

Operational Excellence & Compliance
