SpringHill Suites Salt Lake City Airport is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, including laundry and public areas, ensuring guests experience clean, comfortable accommodations.

You will hire, train, and manage the housekeeping team, foster a collaborative work culture, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while driving cost efficiency. This role offers growth within a top workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Housekeeping or related work experience.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations, laundry, and public areas.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage performance of the housekeeping team.
• Provide training and coaching to maintain high performance and team growth.
• Establish systems, checklists, and inspection programs for cleanliness and efficiency.
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed to support the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and key control procedures.
• Deliver clean, safe, and inviting guest rooms and public spaces.
• Monitor and control departmental costs including labor and inventory.

How You'll Make An Impact

Our high-spirited Executive Housekeeper enjoys overseeing all housekeeping operations of the property in order to ensure that our guests receive clean and comfortable accommodations each and every stay.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage the housekeeping, laundry, and public area team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued and motivated to succeed
• Provide consistent training and coaching to ensure high performance and teamgrowth

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Establish and maintain systems, checklists, and inspection programs to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency
• Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when needed, supporting team efforts across all areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and key control procedures

Guest Experience & Cost Management

• Deliver superior room and public area cleanliness that meets or exceeds brand and guest expectations.
